 The EMA Foundation for Paper-Based Communications is a nonprofit public foundation exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the EMA Foundation for Paper-Based Communications are tax deductible, as provided by U.S. law. Foundation investors from other countries should consult tax counsel to determine the deductibility of their commitment.

All contributors who pledge at least $50,000 join a select group of individuals called the Leadership Council. You can make a contribution to the Foundation at a variety of commitment levels:

| Founding Counselor | $250,000 |
| Founding Governor | $100,000 |
| Charter Guarantor | $50,000 |
Commitments less than $50,000 will be recognized as follows:

| Investors | $5000 |
| Platinum Associates | $2,500 |
| Gold Associates | $1,000 |

Through the Foundation’s Institute for Postal Studies (IPS) you can make a contribution at any dollar amount. The Institute’s mission is to create educational tools and information that can be used to reform the United States Postal Service. Pledge Form
